Pine Brook Water District (The District) is committed to providing equal access to all Information and Communication Technology (ICT), which includes customer-facing websites, electronic communication, and digital documents such as portable document format (PDF).

As part of this commitment, we are updating our website to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance. These guidelines not only help make ICT accessible to users with sensory, cognitive and mobility disabilities, but ultimately to all users, regardless of ability.

Upon request, a reasonable accommodation or modification will be provided for alternative access to ICT that do not meet these standards.  

The District will continuously test their ICT for ongoing compliance and make good faith efforts to remediate inaccessible ICT. The District welcomes public feedback and will resolve issues in a timely manner should they arise.
